8. HKILA Code of conduct​

Client: What kind of professional service you can provide in this big project?​

Esther: Well, I am professional, and we are probably not senior gardener. We can provide you advices in landscape architecture, horticulture, civil engineering, structural engineering, interior design, fire safety issues, etc. ​

Client: Wow, that's brilliant, can you replace the other consultants?​

​

Esther: Just go ahead and fire her. One landscape architect is already enough to be in charged of the whole project! And Landscape architects are the same as architects. ​

Client: You are probably lying! Landscape architects can only provide professional service in the application of the arts and sciences of landscape architecture. Also, you should not mislead your clients and need to be factual relevant. ​
